It would be really great if the USA got onboard and started being responsible with the levels of their emissions. That would then put enormous leverage on the Chinese and the Russians to follow suit. I visited china in December and couldn`t believe the pollution levels.
I would like to know how much American money will go to aid so called poor countries in this bill. Anything that is going benefit even one foreigner at the expense of American taxpayers is plain wrong, and anyone who supports it is un-american.
We need ot circle the wagons and look out for oursleves. F--- other countries, what have they done for us?
This cap and trade is all about leveling the global playing field, and our own leaders are selling us down the river with an attitude that we have had it to good for to long while others struggeled. THe reason we had it so good for so long in american ingenuity and determination to be the best. Nobody else helped us and therefore nobody, no matter how in need they are, deserve to benefit from the fruits of the labors of Americans.
